To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate return, log into your Shop Account -> https://account.thevelvetroadrunner.com -> Orders -> Return items

Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for return. 

Please note — RETURNS ARE REFUNDED IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Items MUST be returned with original tags on in unworn, unwashed, stain free, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, perfume free, ORIGINAL CONDITION.
